ArcGIS 9.3 Service Pack 1 is now available from the ESRI Support Center. This service pack contains several performance improvements and maintenance fixes.
ESRI recommends that customers using ArcGIS 9.3 download and install this service pack at their earliest convenience. This will ensure the highest-quality experience when working with ArcGIS 9.3. This includes users of
ArcGIS Desktop (ArcInfo, ArcEditor, ArcView, and ArcReader)
ArcGIS Engine
ArcGIS Server
ArcIMS
ArcSDE
ArcGIS Image Server
